I have been taking TMG for over a year now but like 95% of every sup I've taken, I have not noticed any changes I can put my finger on. I have not been consistent with the TMG, as in every day, but at least 3-5 times a week most weeks.

My body temp is naturally low since menopause so it's likely my hormonal balance is out of whack which has affected the thyroid causing hypothyroidism. Didn't know TMG was supposed to help that or cause low body temp, but either way, TMG hasn't changed that either.
