Take a lesson from the "Home Children", the 'orphans', etc., sent from Britain to Canada in the early 1900's...there weren't enough of them to satisfy the demand.

In some cases some of the candidates were kidnapped off the streets.

My paternal grandmother was a Welsh 'Home Child'...a Llewellen.
