Welcome aboard and congratulations on your decision to water fast. I look forward to hearing about your experience and I'd also love to hear about your preparation. Committing to the fast publicly on this forum is a very good way of helping focus and gaining support for a successful experience.

I'm on Day 3 of my fast so will be will be about a week ahead of you along the way.
