Inhaling eucalyptus oil is very beneficial. It needs to be 100%. Some eucalyptus oil in shops is diluted.

Do everything you can to promote immunity. For example, keep warm, avoid sugar, consume fruit and veg rich in vitamin C.

There are many herbs which are beneficial, but the above is a good place to start.
