I forgot to give my advice tou you.LOL.....Flood your system with the ocean Sea Salt and distilled water.(watercure.com) Your body is starving for these minerals and the ocean Sea Salt cuts the sugar-cravings greater.

it is 1/4 teaspoon of ocean Sea Salt for 32 oz. of water. I use distilled water.
