It sounds like you are doing great--better than me. I get the ADD without the euphoria. You are actually reacting much like Cutler did while he was chelating! Brian is moderator of one of the yahoo chelation groups.

Re "nervous", or electrical in various muscles,

I have come to associate that with redistribution. This is not good. If you experience this on a fairly consistent basis just before taking another dose, it could be an indication that you'd benefit from taking doses more frequently. I also get a dull headache which some describe as a "swiming" feeling in the head.

Also try to keep those doses as consistent as possible. Maybe one of the doses was significantly less than the previous one. That is the advantage of starting with the 25mg caps.

Cutler explains that when he was trying to find a protocol it was clear that traditionally chelation was done in rounds. He did not think it was wise to change that. Also early on there were theoretical concerns that copper might be retained somewhat due to ALA. Cu is nasty itself and about 5% of us seem to have this problem. The time off gives the body a chance to readjust.

If you continue to do well on round you may want to gradually increase your days on. This is recommended by Cutler but don't rush it. It is best to continue to take a few days to a week off btw rounds. This is what I've been reading in the large yahoo groups, in Cutler and have experienced myself over the past 2 yrs of chelation.

Good luck.

Joe
