I have been using the oil for the last few days as recommended to me by a holistic healer. I can honestly say that it has made absolutely a positive difference in my allergies. My sinuses tend to give me a lot of trouble it has made the last few days wonderful again! I also tried mixing it with orange juice in the morning for an energy boost and it is subtle, but very effective and does work! I know this is not exactly a serious health issue compared to something like cancer, but from what I've experienced it is really impressive.
