don't know if you still need help but here goes. I live in Jakarta and just lost half my liver to liver flukes (gigantica). Your family should be fine. You cannot give it to them as the lifecycle is too complicated and you have left the region. I still live here and have just returned from Vietnam where I went to source the Egaten we needed for my entire family whose tests came back equivocal so it was best just to treat them.
I spent 2 months in hospital before diagnosis and developed massive abscesses but that is neither here nor there now as I have managed to get hold of the drugs.
If you still need the information you need to take 10mg/kg of the drug. I am assuming your tabs are 250mg each and if you weigh about 70kg you will need to take 3 every day for 3 full days AFTER food any time of day. A total of 9 tablets.
I understand your desperation. I am a health professional and thought I had seen a lot until I got this which has basically turned my life and that of my family on its head. It is a neglected disease that is ignored in Indonesia, the health system is happily ignorant of this disease and has not policies in place to deal with it with people in the Kampoengs dropping dead of untreated liver abscesses all the time.
