Thanks Marci! for your encouraging words! I have all of you to thank in educating me to what is a healthier lifestyle. Btw you are all very dear to me! You've all helped me in different ways, many without realizing it.

I'm not exactly sure what the perfect diet is but as long as we get the junk food, preservatives , dyes, hydrogenated oils, etc out of our life. I think it's a great start. I find that not all of us can tolerate the same foods. It takes work to find out what foods affect us because of all the food combining.

I'm not as educated with health like most of you are or the best example for people, since I'm still sick but I will try my best to continue spreading the word (planting the health seeds) about what's in our food & water. People have a right to know the truth.
