And about gaining weight. I am in the same boat. Candida is causing malabsorption. You can see it in messy stools. I am 24 and was buff before this started. When I accidently did low fat veg diets before my neighbors said I was putting on weight. Now Ironically its the low fat diet that makes better absorption and will allow me to add more proteins in the future. Kicking out candida is the only way to gain the proper weight and the right shape. Candida promotes an alchoholic belly fat and flabiness.

Research prebiotics, like spinach. A high green and little lean protein diet will give you results within a week. You proved it to me with your coconut oil failure. Cashews, almonds, prime rib...all did the same thing as your coconut oil. Throwing oil at malabsorption is toxic.
