Thanks for the heads up. It reminded me that I have a similar product (unused as yet).

On closer inspection, the ingredients match Dr C's Quick Colon Part 1 as it has senna in it too.

BM's are always worse where I live (five miles from the sea) and better in the city (London) or abroad. I am beginning to think it could be psychosomatic or is it the water? It is true to say I am not happy where I live but who would be with constipation? I am thinking of moving but I'd hate to be wrong.
