I dread Mondays. I live for Friday nights when I can eat what I want and not see anyone on Saturday and then try to flush it all out of my body before Sunday night.

I went seven weeks without too much of a problem at work, I'm not sure if its connected to stress but im going to start a diet, exercise and 'what happened' journal to document when I smell so I can somehow work out a link between major "stinky" days.

So humiliating. Especially because I love my work and have great people to work with.

Sigh.
