I agree. I need to quit drinking but do not agree with AA. I dont like the concept of admitting you are powerless. I believe with willpower and focus we can achieve anything. I think the hardest thing to do is replacing drinking with another hobby. So do your best to keep yourself busy. Replace drinking with reading, working out, or something to improve your life. This way you can also see improvements along the way. I know it's easier said than done so good luck.
