Not really. Got my first and only one from using Oxypowder for a week and then epsons during the liver flush. Everything just made my stools so acidic it burned the area. I didn't strain or push either, it was just the constant liquid toxins coming out.

Best way to try and prevent it is to constantly use like diaper rash ointment to keep a barrier down there before the Senna/SWF starts coming out. Vaseline also works but it's not as thick as diaper rash prevention stuff.. It creates a barrier on babies to prevent rashes which is pretty much the same thing you need with toxic waste coming out.
