How very true! What the stores sell pales in comparison with the fresh Kefir you can make at home..so easily!

I have been drinking my own Kefir for years. I tried the stores once and it tastes like a yogurt drink to me? They also load the store bought Kefir with so much sugar..not all the real fruit I blend into mine!

I have friend who drink Goat's Milk Kefir and they tell me it is very thick and creamy!
