Yes, Not only that, but I used several boxes produced by other commercial companies in addition to the ones that we built.

I took a sample media of infusoria including bacteria, protozoa, and other microbes, placing the infusoria into ice cube trays which are then placed onto the speaker boxes as well as in protected areas as a control.

After 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours of zappicating, there is no difference in the number of microbes present in the zappicated samples and the non-zappicated controls.

The reason that we used ice cube trays is to determine whether or not the speaker boxes produced a pattern of effectiveness.

We also tried the same with glass petri dishes.
