Celery n' Watermelon (pulp,rinds/seeds)...that sounds like a MAJOR winner! (mental note to self - be SURE to remember to order some heirloom Watermelon seeds for the garden).

I was born a "calls 'em as I see's 'em" kinda gal. I've always felt this attribute would provide oh-so-many blessings to others as I aged (and learned not to be judgmental). But the doctrine & dogma of 'political correctness' has invaded society (CZ has been hit VERY hard). And now when we speak firmly & confidently in 'truthful knowing', it's considered rude and/or accusatory...and if we speak it softly & gently, it's considered "passive aggressive". :::eyeroll:::

The one thing I know for sure is that Truth is the *greatest* comfort any one of us can have and share! (let me count the ways - because the truth is SO empowering :)

Hopefully, in seeing my disappointment, 'number person' was made aware of some of the pitfalls he/she has encountered on his/her pathway to health, and will be inspired to 'dig in deeper' to find the Truths that are so necessary to our health & freedom.

And yep/agreed, I looked for the 'warnings' in the links, too...and didn't see any but the one you mentioned.
