I do the enemas 3 or 4 times a week. I have improved a lot in energy, intestinal cramps, digestion, etc.
I am not doing the enemas to remove candida with the water. I am doing Nystatin enemas. Giving candida a powerful poison rectally because I think taking Nystatin by mouth reach the colon very diluted.
