You can take them two different ways. Most choose to buy the oil and mix one teaspoon with honey. and take this twice a day. This is the easiest way. Take the first dosage 1/2 hour before breakfast and the second one before sleep. The other way is to buy the seeds, heat them to remove the tartness, grind and then mix them with honey. You can use the same dosage. One teaspoon per day twice a day and taken any time during the day. Do not take them with food. You can go to my website and buy the oils and seeds there:
