Dang! I should have ordered some of this to help my back! It's been killing me lately. The MDs told me a few years ago my spine thru MRI pictures looked like a 65 year old mans that had been working hard labor all his life, they said degenerative disk disease & I would have to have surgery - spinal fusion - I had 2 ruptured disks then L4 & L5. I refused their knife & this is what put me on the path I am on today. I feel sure those disks rehydrated because eventually the pain went away thru fasting, changing my diet & entire way of life. I was fine to walk, run or jump on the trampoline. Now I have the same pain on the other side of my body. I think I did it when I was hauling heavy photography eqipment around in & out of schools.
