I am 46 and have very few grey hairs. I have been hypo for a long long time. I noticed my greys increased with the copper detox. I read Zinc with deplete hair tissues salts. Also it could be that I was depleting other minerals out of my body I needed for my hair. Also keep in mind my blood copper level is normal.
