I wasn't taking the ACV straight. I put one medicine dose cup ~30 cc or 2-3 TBSP ACV into at least a quart of water. What I'm saying is that as soon as I started the tube irrigation running, I could barely get a cup into me and then I was leaking immediately to the toilet. Stimulated me worse than soap sud enema. No muscles could hold that in. I guess I'll try 1 TBSP in 4 cups/QT water tonight and do it on the toilet and see what happens. I've been drinking kefir but never used it in an enema so far. I am also taking diflucan for 30 days and on a candida diet. Thanks.
