Your approach may end up being the equivalent of scraping the white junk off our tongues...it always comes back. I think the root of the problem starts more at the beginning of the digestive tract, at least in my case. I believe there is a definite SIBO connection because I get die off and drunkenness MINUTES after taking antimicrobials. Good luck and I really want to see you succeed! I've tried just about everything too and sometimes feel hopeless. I'm 5 days into using Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and so far stools appear to be better, tongue is somewhat clearer, and athlete's foot has gone way down. i'm not getting my hopes up yet, just observing.
