I got similas situation with both shoulders actually and I have no pain since I've started using the magnetic pulser places just under the shoulder - you need to use it for a longer time but it gives some results almost immediately - the muscles/tissues around the shoulder, even the bones seems to react very favourably to the magnetic pulser.

alternatively, you could use the T2 (terminator zapper) for a longer time, it gives similar results like the magnetic pulser but you need to basically have it on the painful area for a very long time, usually overnight is good and helps with the local pain and/or stiff muscles etc.
