Thank you everyone, for your ideas and help. Yes they were amber in color translucent and gummy and Yes I am glad they are out but still in this weird moving pain along my intestines.
I will conitnue with the gralic, coconut oil and the sunflower seeds and will look into milkthislte for the liver or a liver flush.
