I do like it. I have been on it for about 2 months now and my weight loss is becoming a wee bit easier and my moods are improving. Nothing drastic, just little changes that add up over time. I will note that I have tried thyroid supports in the past, before I really worked on repairing my adrenals and I did not see improvements. I'm thinking my success this time around is because I've logged a good year and a half rebuilding my adrenals.
