A buddy of mine started taking 50mg of Iodoral one year ago.

he has had some positive changes: stopped taking Claritin for his allergies

he just had some bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago and his Tsh is over 9. we might not be too worried about this but his energy level has tanked this past week.

he does 1 tsp of salt a day in water
he takes 3 g C
some magnesium
a multi...a natural one
selenium approx 200mcg
he was taking a B complex but had to cut back about one month ago as it was irritating his gut

his energy level has been decent for the past year so he is a bit concerned about the big hit this week and also corresponding to the high Tsh

I don't know if they checked free T3 or not

any comments on all of this?
another level of detox?
something else to consider?
