Sorry to be so late in answering but I’m  just back from a week in the hospital recovering from pneumonia. I’m okay but weak, so my answer will be brief.

My suggestion is to take deep cleansing enemas and then make sure that you drink a lot to replenish your electrolytes. This should help pretty quickly.
