Nutritional Balancing:
---
So if you can't take copper and you can't take zinc, what are you expecting to do with nutritional balancing?

If ARL see that you're either low in copper (hidden copper toxicity) or high in copper (copper clearing toxicity), you'll be told to take zinc, which you can't take because it makes you worse.

I know that ARL told me to take zinc and manganese, and certainly no copper.

Biofilms:
---
Yeah, I like that page - it's a good basis for choosing biofilm dissolvers.
BUT, and that's a BUT...Don't take EDTA if you're extremely copper/metal toxic...EDTA is in Interfase Plus (they do a version without EDTA)
Also, there's a product called Immusist, which seemed to work well for me.
Apparently, if there's persistent metal toxicity, there're biofilms forming...

Acidosis:
---
Acidosis is a stress on the adrenals because you need aldosterone to clear hydrogen ions (to normalise pH). So, more acidity, more hydrogen ions (pH = potential Hydrogen), means more demand for aldosterone. If cortisol is already high, the adrenals are using raw materials for cortisol than aldosterone, so the body struggles to clear hydrogen ions.

Now, if you bring in bicarbonates to the body (e.g. fizzy water, sodium bicarbonate+lemon+potassium bicarbonate, alkalising greens etc.), you're eliminating so much need for aldosterone because the hydrogen ions are neutralised.

Lemon and sodium bicarbonate is a wonderful adrenal tonic.

Maybe licorice root could help you also, if you can take the vasoconstriction.

It is my life's mission to understand every aspect of copper metabolism/homeostasis and the role of other minerals in balancing/antagonising/neutralising etc.

If my body wants to remove toxic copper, why does it lose its bioavailable copper with even tiny amounts of zinc salts?! Maybe I'm terribly high in toxic, unbound, ionic copper, but my body is so unbalanced that it's difficult to get back in balance without more damage. It's a very sensitive situation when the body is extremely copper toxic, yet cannot tolerate zinc without severe harm that we've both experienced.

I want to understand the relationship between zinc, metallothionein, copper, ceruloplasmin, cortisol, aldosterone etc.

I want to know if copper makes high cortisol and why?
I want to know if high cortisol makes low ceruloplasmin and why?
Surely, when the body is high in copper, it's in desperate need to make ceruloplasmin, but the high cortisol prevents this...It's like the ultimate double bind vicious circle, especially when the circle is so tight that you can't use zinc to break it.
I don't understand all of the relationships between metallothionein, the liver, copper, zinc, binding sites etc.

Before I can take antagonists, I need to understand the exact chain reaction, so I can understand the impact on the vicious circle...

Maybe B6 is a good answer, along with other methylation factors. Maybe Taurine is useful too, along with TMG. I wonder what impact these have on available/unavailable copper...

NOW...
I have a strong desire to be healthy and vital for my first child who will come to planet Earth in 2-3-4 weeks! ;-)))

It is because of copper toxicity and collagen loss that my first child was even conceived...
The universe is a mysterious, cool place! ;-)))
