from the ankle down is the 3rd largest elimination system and much poison can be expelled there! throwing away all socks and wearing free breathing shoes/sandles when shoes must be worn is the fastest cure i know. when all the blockages are open, your feet will sweat and smell until the toxins are out, this can take some time depending on your past diet.
