Hmm I think I found my answer.

Seems like the body is actually smart. It down regulates the thyroid if the adrenals are weak thus explaining why I am Hypothyroid right now. Also explains why if I take any thing that has lots of Iodine in it, my AF gets worse.

So AF needs to be healed first before healing the thyroid.
