I started to have AF about 7 months ago but it was not until 5 months later I started to show signs of Hypothyroid and Collagen loss.

Around December 2011, my body started to feel very cold throughout the day along with very dry skin, that was when I started to notice the collagen loss. My doctor finally checked my thyroid and indeed I am slightly Hypothyroid.

To me because the collagen loss started exactly the same time I began having Hypothyroid symptoms...that tells me collagen loss is strongly related to being Hypothyroid.

The sad thing is I can not simply treat the Hypothyroid because even kelp or seaweed gives me palpitations.

Will treating AF eventually fix the thyroid problem?
