I have found arn to be correct. But I would add one thing. I have seen a spiritual root at the base of many of my health issues. For example, stress is at the root of my adrenal fatigue. I was worried about things I had no control over. Once I began to trust God with these things, I began to see great improvement. I could get to a certain point in my healing with natural methods but without God, I could only get so far. A relationship with Him is critical.
