Thank You for your response. I will definatly look into those. I have noticed through the past year when my body seems to digest better my blood sugar definatly runs better. I have to say that is probably the best response I have had when I ask a question in regards to my type 1. Every dr I have seen has all pretty much produced the same answer...They say, "well because your diabetic" That just doesn't sit well with me because I feel there is a reason and they go no further than the diagnosis. So Thank you very much!
