Hi Grz,

Yes Hydroxocobalamin is the best form but the most expensive.

Methylcobalamin is the next best and a little more economical for the masses i think.

And then the horror stories about Cyanocobalamin the one that is bound to a molecule of cynide!
No wonder it's the DOCTORS best! The easiest to buy at the store. (sarcasum off)
