yes!!! Can't imagine it, honestly-- but what a toll. So, there's a long-standing deficit.

Taking a lot of herbs, without having a well-functioning liver seems like another, albeit better version of throwing a lot of supplements at the poor body. It can easily behave as burden. Just being honest here, not meaning to incite a guilt trip.

BTW, give yourself ten nice slow deep and mindful breaths of "i love you, body, my misused temple, you've been through a lot, done marvellously well, and I'm going to treat you a lot better, promise". or something like that. That's my suggestion.


I used to feel very much like the proverbial "canary in the coalmine". Sensitive. Hyper-sensitive even.
It's all fixable, is my deeply felt belief. The cleanse next week sounds very timely.
