My experience with a really strict candida diet is similar.
I followed the Bee Wilder thing for 7 months and I got worse and worse and worse. My hair fell out, I was super irritable and fatigued. I didn't lose weight, because I actually had to eat more than I usually do, but that made me feel uncomfortable too.
After 7 months I couldn't believe this was all die-off and I stopped. But I really still don't know for sure.
