For those that can't afford a book, you can obtain some cayenne or hot type peppers and use these in your bath tub, the peppers will stimulate circulation and the lack of circulation is the cause of grey hair.

Christopher has 3 books that cost less than $2 each and each describes the 60+ formulas they sold.

We do not ship herbs through customs, most countries are extremely against the use of herbs and keeps the person's name who sent them and the person's name who received them on permanent record. You will need to buy from large websites that do not mind this happening.
