Nitazoxanide has been found to be active against both in published studies and has a good safety profile with typically only mild side effects if any (at least when taken alone). It's also active against a variety of worms and other parasites. It's often prescribed at 500 mg every 12 hours. It's possible that 500 mg every eight hours would be a better choice given comments I've read in the literature.
