By the way, what minerals are you taking?

I have the feeling that the more I take zinc, the less copper is available to my cells, even though I'm dumping toxic copper.

Maybe it's dangerous to take zinc with low hair copper...I just don't know anymore and I'm thinking I'm gonna die of complications of severe copper deficiency, although I'm not accepting that reality.
