Hi himitsuhime,

From my own experience, I may tell that a single vegetable broth is the best way to re-feed the body immediately after the fast. It is additionally warm, always tasty, and has never made me sick.

However, I have been a vegetable person since I consume mainly vegetables and their juices all the time.
