It's at least possible that your shoulder/neck pain is related to backup of the lymph system. The diarrhea detox you're having could be many things, including candida. The toxic byproducts create a sludge that thickens your lymph so it doesn't flow and do its work so easily. Definitely a case of, as Trapper would say, "Better out than in." The more you off-load, the better your adrenals and shoulders will feel. It will not happen overnight, though :(
