I am not a "beginner", per se. I have done 21 day juice fasts and The Master Cleanse multiple times. I have checked my diet and it is clean (no grains, no processed foods). So, that being said....would you do the Water Fast first or the bowel cleanse?
and thank you for replying! I have had posts similar to this one in multiple forums for DAYS, and you are the first and only person to try and help me out! :)
