It may be staph, I have had similar outbreaks for the last 3 months. The doctor gave me Antibiotics and after two rounds there was no improvement and I continued getting new ones. I have been supplementing with zinc now for about two weeks to boost my immune system and now have no sign of these anywhere. Zinc deficiency is very common and it weakens the immune system allowing for opportunistic pathogens to get a foot hold.
