Well, I have been hitting the garlic again pretty hard, and cleansing out lots of worms and film again. It's not candida film, it must be biofilm or nesting material. I keep going through die-off, then feeling good, up-down, up-down. This time I'm not stopping until done.
OK, that's what's been up with me. But also, I have started taking my multi-vitamin again, and also blackstrap molasses for the iron and minerals. I took BSM years ago and noticed it turned my premature grey hair back like 60-70%. It was amazing.
It was also about the time I got on my anti-aging kick and decided I would halt time at the age of 37. Was doing pretty good until the worms came out. I believe 100% that I had them all my life, but getting healthy, eating lots of fruits/veggies, and even a dr. natura colonix cleansing years ago, is what brought these suc***s out. Maybe I cleared away old boifilm, and released eggs.
Anyway, I have noticed that my roots are staying dark, but my hair is growing. I have felt good and temporarily fully cleansed in the past, but never had this happen except when I took BSM about 7-8 years ago. I can only guess that it was a severe lack of nutrients and mineral that caused my hair to gray early anyway? To be honest, I'm 45 now, and it seems to be working better than it did when I was younger and first tried it. Could it be that it helped before, but not 100% cause of the unknown worm infection at the time?
So, has anyone else noticed that their natural hair color came back after cleansing and getting proper nutrition? Honestly, I'm pretty amazed. It's been like 4 weeks since I've had to color my roots, normally, at this point (2 weeks past my normal touch-up) I would have a white streak around my temples and down my part.
***Edit***: I didn't know I had control to delete photos that I upload if I choose. I am posting two pictures of my hair to show you what I mean. The first photo is roots freshly colored last summer, just like I do every two weeks. The second is after a month with no color. It's also messy and slept on hair, but you can see the roots ok. Like I said, normally at this point I would have a big distinct white streak (Cruella deville from 101 dalmations, no lie).
