I just researched adrenal fatigue and I do think my adrenals need some help. In the symptoms of adrenal fatigue I see a lot of my own symptoms. I just ordered some. Thanks for the tip Trapper!

Ginagirl: my backpain is getting better on all that salt and water. Shoulder- en neckpain is still there though. Must be unrelated. Unfortunately I now have foul smelling diarrhea today (maybe because I didn't take my ACV?). Oh well, maybe the diarrhea is also a detox symptom and will get better with even more salt and water.
