-Yes it is overwhelming in the beginning. It is really not that complicated, as soon as one are over the first hurdles.
To assure you get both forms of iodine; painting your skin are an option, like on your breasts if you have FBD. I do a couple of times a month as most of my Iodine are taken with food / vit C.
