Thanks Ginagirl! I'm going to take a lot of Sea Salt and drink a lot of water during the next days.

I'm also laying off the B's and bicarb for a few days and see what happens.

Hmmm, loving the salt by the way, I wonder if that is a sign from my body.

Adding the vitC to Lugol's turns all the Iodine into Iodide and I really want to take both? So that's why currently I'm taking the vitC apart from the Lugol's. No problem in combination with SSKI though.

The difficulty is, I fix one problem and then I forget about an other problem so then that starts again. My brain clearly hasn't had enough Iodine yet :-) I find this stuff really complicated.
