sure they would have souls, they would be wanted babies, a soul is developed and nurtured by environment, an optimal environment artificial womb would give a clean start to gentics and absence of negativity, pollution and stress that hurts fetuses.
It would be unkind to presume a test tube, petre dish, artificial womb born baby had no soul. Quintuplettes are born all the time using artificial insemination and fertility drugs, those quintuplett babies all have souls. Many babies are concieved and fertilized artifically. Artificial optimal environment womb is just a step forward in ectogenisis.

Scientists universally agree the personality aka soul, is created 50% by environment and 50% by genetics, gene sequence and RNA and DNA codeing. rna and dna strand codeing can actually be damaged in a bad environment,polluted or stress filled, (acid) non optimal womb environment. The technology of growing babies in optimal artifical womb environments is great news for couples who can not give birth via the womb for one reason or another. Surrogate womb mothers are much less effective and they come with all kinds of legal ties and problems. The artificial optimal womb fish tank that grows a baby in an OPTIMAL environment has none of those surrogate womb mom legal issues and other problems. I think it is fantastic for a baby to emerge from an optimal artificial womb environment. They could pipe in beautiful harmonious music for 9 months and even play good sound educational materials to the developing fetus.
