doing better. still in thailand, in phuket, and just having some pains in my head when i lay down. it's like something in the blanket or pillows.

my still be neurotoxins. eating cilantro and garlic as i can, staying alkaline as i can.

thinking i could work some acupressure points or something like that to get rid of the pains/chemical sensations in my head when i lay down. or just move again, as i've done before.

anyone have any ideas?
